IOBit Shortcut Fixer

Windows does not erase shortcuts when you delete or move files.  Over time your system slows down because it is trying to reference things that do no exist where they once were.  So another task is to use Shortcut Fixer from the IOBit Toolbox.

Goto IObit toolbox from Major Geeks.com and install this tasty piece of software if you have not already done so.  I suggest you check out my earlier blogs about this tool as listed in the SiteLinks list below.  Unzip the toolbox file and make a shortcut to it easily accessible be that your desktop or wherever is easiest for you to remember.

As always, these steps are cumulative.  In and of themselves these are of little consequence but combined with all other steps available here to Clean, Repair, Tweak, and Optimize your Windows Computer.  "Take the Time to Save Time."
