A great cleaner I have found to be invaluable and incredibly simple to
use is System Ninja.
Download, install and open the program and the screen you see will look
like this. Check off all the boxes on the right.
Select the Drives you want to clean and click continue.
Once it finishes scanning the drives you have selected, Delete
Everything and Bling you are done. Nice hey, simple yet very
effective.
